My data doesn't appear after reinstalling the app
TaskCycle stores data locally on your device. Reinstalling the app will clear locally stored data. We're working on iCloud backup support for a future update.
The map isn't showing my customers' locations
Make sure the addresses entered include the city and province (e.g. "245 Colonial Rd, Navan, ON"). The app uses Apple Maps for geocoding — addresses with just a street name may not resolve.
SMS notifications aren't sending
SMS via TaskCycle requires a backend connection that is currently in development. The Send button will be enabled in a future update once the backend is live.
How do I edit my business profile?
Open the app → More tab → Business Profile. All changes are saved immediately.
The app says "No profiles for 'arcticsurf.TaskCycle'" when I build from Xcode
This is a developer-only message. Open Xcode → Signing & Capabilities, ensure "Automatically manage signing" is checked and your team is selected, then build again.
